What many network marketers are doing to find people for their team is online lead generation. You can’t rely on your company’s replicated website because everyone else in your company has one. What you need is a simple blog or website that talks about your company and what your doing to make money at your opportunity. Then you set up a "squeeze page" that will get people to put in their contact information and then you can call or email them about your opportunity.

Be sure to check your company’s policies and procedures to make sure you can build a website or blog using their name. If not, that’s okay because you can still create a website that makes people curious about your opportunity so that you can call them and let them know what it is.

There are many good work from home jobs and there are many good home based businesses. A job is one where someone will pay you to do their work at home. A home based business is one where you’ll earn commissions for running a business from home. If you’re just looking to be paid for your services, do your research…you have to know the type of job you want to do, then look for companies that offer that type of job.

Over the past few days I have got a lot of links from various INTERNET marketing guru’s about a new and fantastic system by Amish Shah called the Magic Bullet. Is anyone familiar with this system and are you using it. They show the online bank statement with the supposed amount of money they have made. I am just tired of people on the internet trying to separate your from your hard earned money. This is why so many folks really do not trust MLM or money making opportunities on the web. I am sure some are real, but it this one?

I don’t think it’s a scam. Mike Filsaime recommends it and he is one of the top internet marketers. The Magic Bullet System teaches how to succeed in CPA. CPA networks are harder to get into if you haven’t even started as an affiliate marketer which is barely what I’m about to do so therefore I won’t be buying it because I won’t be able to use it’s techniques just yet. First I have to know what I’m doing as an affiliate marketer to even start thinking about CPA. I don’t know how much it cost, as of now their sold out but I got on their waiting list just to see how much it cost. If it’s not too expensive I just might get it so I can pull it out later on down the road when I’m ready for CPA. I definitely don’t think it’s a scam but I don’t think you should go and buy it, it seems like you are not even an affiliate marketer so this system would be of no use to you. All these are legitimate places to learn affiliate marketing. Keep in mind it will take hard work and dedication, there is no fast, easy way to make money online, at least not at first. If you wanna have financial freedom you have to work for it. You might not see success right away but you can’t give up and in no time it will all be so easy to you. Also telling the interviewee that they if you do job XXX that is fine, but they would like for you to do the MLM as well? Basically using a job as leverage to sign up with the MLM.

I don’t know about illegal but it is certainly unethical and if this person is working for a larger company (i.e. they are not one of the owners of the company that is interviewing you) then they could probably be fired for doing that. It is one of the worst misuses of interviewing that I have ever heard. If you don’t get the job, try to figure out who is higher in the company than this bozo and report him.

I want to be able to convince those that think MLM’s are not pyramid schemes. They have a bad reputation because of them. So what do you know about them?

I know that they are the same thing. You could call them frings and frangs and they’d still be pyramid schemes. As soon as you need more and more people to keep it going, it’s a pyramid scheme. And that’s why you have trouble convincing people with half a brain that they’re not. And that’s why they have bad reputations.

I have a friend and he keeps bothering me about signing under him because he claims we can make a lot of money. The company is prepaid legal by the way. I am not a big fan of MLM!!

Sure, and after you both finish nagging everyone you know to join and most of the simply give up after a week, then what?

You can be successful in MLM, but the marketing methods they teach you (bugging your friends and family to join or buy stuff) will never work.

You have to learn how to market your business and products online first.
